On August 24, 1968, the first U.S. waffle iron was patented. Thus, forty-three years later, we are kind of celebrating by having waffles for breakfast.
I am so ready for fall to come. We're heading into the hottest days of summer with the air conditioning in our van broken. So I am NOT appreciating the hundred degree weather!! *pouty face*
