My reaction is rather like Ruth's! :) We love the Food Network, but sometimes we don't even know what ingredients they are talking about! "Oh, this is a wild mushroom recipe with mushrooms from this guy down my street that has spent years studying mushroom-ing, and collects them in a cool area that you don't even know about. Don't worry, you don't have these mushrooms."
